About the Role:
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping participants navigate their NDIS plans and achieve their goals. You will:

Provide guidance and expertise: Support clients to understand their plan, connect with providers, and make informed decisions.

Build strong relationships: Work closely with participants, their families, carers, and service providers to coordinate supports effectively.

Empower Clients: Help clients develop skills and confidence to self-manage their NDIS plans over time.

Problem-solve creatively: Support clients to overcome barriers, resolve issues, and access opportunities to improve their quality of life.

Tailor your approach: Each participant is unique – you’ll match your support to their needs, preferences, and goals.

This is an Independent Contractor role, so you will manage your own tax, expenses, computer, and phone.

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Support Coordinator

The ability to bring ingenuity and creativity to solving problems

The drive to self-motivate and push yourself to deliver for your clients

Requirements

100 Points of identification

Valid Driver's License and a comprehensively insured vehicle

Full Australian working rights

Australian Business Number (ABN)

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children’s Check

Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
