About the role

Junee Community Centre Inc. is seeking a part-time NDIS Plan Manager to join our team in Junee, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for managing NDIS plans and ensuring our clients receive the support they need. As a key member of our community services team, you will play a vital part in improving the lives of people with disabilities in the Junee area.

The Role:
As a NDIS Plan Manager, you will:

Support participants in managing their NDIS funding and budgets.

Process invoices, maintain records, and track spending against plan budgets.

Provide advice and guidance to clients on their NDIS plans.

Liaise with providers and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.

Advocate for participants’ needs in a professional and respectful manner.

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in community services, disability support or a related field

Experience in NDIS plan management or a strong understanding of the NDIS framework

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients

Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions

Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail

A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities
