We’re currently seeking two experienced Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team based in Wingfield. These are full-time, permanent positions offering stability and the opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established business.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you’ll take ownership of allocated customer accounts, ensuring their supply requirements are met while providing high-level service and support. You’ll act as a point of escalation, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in improving processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage allocated customers and oversee their supply needs.
• Handle complex inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Customer Service Representatives.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Assist with developing and improving customer service documentation and processes.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with reporting, quality assurance, and coordination tasks.
• Act as a role model for professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar senior or lead customer service role.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and support team members.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.

• Location: Wingfield
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
