Join one of Melbourne’s most respected private wealth firms, renowned for its personalised advice, enduring client relationships and commitment to excellence. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside leading Financial Advisers supporting a sophisticated client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, wholesale investors and philanthropic organisations.
This newly created role is designed to support a gradual transition of client management responsibilities from the Managing Director. You’ll be licensed immediately and entrusted with building relationships and delivering advice to approximately 40 high-net-worth clients over time, with full support from the broader team.
You’ll be backed by experienced Client Services Administrators and benefit from outsourced paraplanning support (limited due to the wholesale nature of the client base), allowing you to focus on strategic advice delivery and meaningful client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Adviser Support & Client Transition
Partner with the Managing Director to gradually assume responsibility for a select group of HNW clients
Participate in client meetings as a second chair to build rapport, contribute to discussions, and support seamless advice delivery
Progressively take the lead in client meetings, presenting strategic advice and managing relationships with confidence and care
Deliver high-quality outcomes across investment, insurance and estate planning strategies
Prepare tailored documentation for client reviews, advice presentations and implementation
Capture and action meeting outcomes, ensuring timely follow-through and professional communication
Liaise with accountants, lawyers and other stakeholders to coordinate advice execution
Manage Adviser schedules and support seamless client engagement
Operational Excellence & Innovation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and template development
Identify opportunities to enhance client service and operational efficiency
Support firm-wide goals across client satisfaction, compliance and team collaboration
