About the Role

• Managing the Financial Advisory area
• Be a goals focused adviser who cares about client's financial outcomes
• Using financial modelling to navigate strategy formulation
• Servicing 110 Fee for Service clients with the opportunity grow the book, and hire more advisers to increase the revenue of the Financial Advisory part of the business
• Leads are coming from inhouse strong referrals source no need for sourcing for new business
• Conducting review meetings, and some new business meetings
• Checking ROA/SOAs to ensure all information is correct and compliant with licensee standards
• You will receive and manage administrative support Associate Adviser, (offshore Paraplanning and admin team)
• Systems and Processes are established however you will need to be processed focused to adapt to industry changes

• You will be an experienced Senior Financial Adviser working in a Holistic Practice who wants to step up to manage a team in an established firm
