In this role, you’ll work closely with our accounting and advisory clients to craft tailored financial strategies that support their goals and financial wellbeing. You’ll be part of a client-first environment where integrity, innovation, and teamwork drive everything we do.

What You’ll Do:

Develop personalised financial plans across investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning

Work with clients with complex financial arrangements including trusts, SMSFs, and cashflow modelling

Help grow and shape the Financial Planning division

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic advice

Build internal relationships to generate referrals across divisions

Source new clients through your personal and professional networks

Educate and empower clients to make informed financial decisions

Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes

What You Bring:

FASEA qualifications, RG146 compliance, and a degree in financial planning (or similar)

Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management

Ability to coordinate advice delivery with other professionals

Deep understanding of financial planning processes and ethical compliance

A curious, growth-oriented mindset and a team-centric approach

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A genuine desire to help people achieve their financial goals
