Your 3-year apprenticeship into the wonderful career of Financial planning. Become a Financial Planner or Para-planner…it's up to you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Running reception; mail; meet & greet clients

Booking appointments and assisting in running client seminars

Data Entry - Updating client data on MS Excel; Xplan & Worksorted

Contacting clients and business partners to ask for further information necessary to complete the fact-finding process.

Researching Super and Insurance products

Years 1 & 2 of the program will cover a broad overview/ground roots exposure to holistic financial planning.

It’s expected you will be able to provide advice after two years on the following:

Comprehensive Personal Risk Advice, including Business Insurance Succession / Key Man / Buy Sell

Super; SMSF; Retail and Industry Funds

Property – Residential & Commercial

ETF Funds management

Implementation of our Wealth Programs with confidence

Year 3 will be the commencement of your Professional Year

Can be accelerated if mature

Comprehensive prior knowledge - Average time frame is 15 months for 3rd year to be completed

Professional structured training program offered by our professional partner LaVista is funded and paid for by CCA Financial Planners for the approved candidate

Strong numerical skills

Advanced MS Office skills – Excel

Initiative to solve problems

A minimum of a commerce/finance or similar degree is required. Training will be provided so we are open to applicants without actual technical experience, but your can do attitude is absolutely essential. Only high achievers are encouraged to apply.
