We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at HANARO MART' in Westfield Knox

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Restocking and maintaining product displays

Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions

Handling customer queries and complaints effectively

Adhering to store policies and procedures

Participating in inventory management and stock-taking activities

Maintaining a clean and organised store environment

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred

Current right to work in Australia with valid documentation

Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts as required
