About the role

As a Holiday Casual Retail Assistant at FAYT The Label Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience during our busy holiday season. This is a casual position based in our Hawthorn, Melbourne store, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure shoppers have a positive experience in our store

Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store to company standards

Restocking and organising product displays as needed

General housekeeping duties such as cleaning and tidying the store

What we're looking for

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion industry

A friendly, outgoing, and helpful personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season
