The Role

Your remit will be to ensure the time and accurate processing of bonds transactions and supervising staff in the provision of information.

Providing support to the Tenancy Bonds Coordinator and Bonds Administration Manager.

Overseeing delivery of services.

Liaising closely with other Consumer Protection Branches and Directorates.

Coaching and mentoring staff.
