We're seeking a Depot Service Engineer to join their Technical Services Team in NSW. This role plays a key part in maintaining and servicing life-saving medical equipment, contributing directly to improved patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service renal medical devices at the depot, client sites, and other designated locations
• Plan and execute maintenance programs to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards
• Provide technical troubleshooting and first-line support to customers both onsite and remotely
• Maintain accurate service records, stock levels, and calibration data in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and quality standards
• Manage spare parts orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Support quotations for installation, maintenance, and service repairs
• Participate in training, service bulletins, and product workshops to remain up to date with technical developments
• Be available for the on-call roster and occasional after-hours work as required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• Willingness to obtain an NSW Restricted Electrical License
• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
• 3+ years' experience in the healthcare, electro-mechanical, or electrical field (preferred)
• Solid hands-on technical background and problem-solving ability
• Understanding of servicing and compliance within the healthcare sector
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and basic IT systems
• Police and Health Clearance required as part of the hiring process
• Full Australian Working Rights (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
