We are supporting a market-leading healthcare company specialising in Renal Therapies and Medical Devices across Australia and New Zealand. Through innovation, trust, and a focus on patient safety, they've built a reputation for technical excellence and quality service delivery.
We're seeking a Depot Service Engineer to join their Technical Services Team in NSW. This role plays a key part in maintaining and servicing life-saving medical equipment, contributing directly to improved patient outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative, skilled team working in a professional, high-performing environment where development and integrity are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service renal medical devices at the depot, client sites, and other designated locations
- Plan and execute maintenance programs to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards
- Provide technical troubleshooting and first-line support to customers both onsite and remotely
- Maintain accurate service records, stock levels, and calibration data in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and quality standards
- Manage spare parts orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Support quotations for installation, maintenance, and service repairs
- Participate in training, service bulletins, and product workshops to remain up to date with technical developments
- Be available for the on-call roster and occasional after-hours work as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Willingness to obtain an NSW Restricted Electrical License
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in the healthcare, electro-mechanical, or electrical field (preferred)
- Solid hands-on technical background and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of servicing and compliance within the healthcare sector
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and basic IT systems
- Police and Health Clearance required as part of the hiring process
- Full Australian Working Rights (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
