We are supporting a market-leading healthcare company specialising in Renal Therapies across Australia and New Zealand. Through innovation, efficiency, and a focus on patient safety, they've built a reputation for excellence. We are now looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join their Technical Services Team in NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working on life-saving medical equipment while collaborating with a highly skilled, dedicated team. Benefits:

• $100,000 base salary + $21,000 car allowance
• 5% contract completion bonus + superannuation
• Standard hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and test medical equipment across client sites
• Plan and perform annual maintenance programs for a variety of hardware
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers
• Accurately record and report service details
• Identify repair trends and communicate effectively
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Travel as required across NSW and interstate
• Maintain excellent written and oral communication

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• Eligibility to obtain an NSW restricted electrical license
• Qualification in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or Advanced Diploma (or equivalent)
• 2+ years' experience in the healthcare or electro-mechanical/electrical field preferred
• Understanding of servicing to Australia Standard AS3551
• Current driver's license and access to a vehicle (generous car allowance included)
• Competence in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Current Working with Children Check, Police & Health Clearance
