The Role:

As the Application Integration Specialist, you will independently lead the development and management of complex integration solutions across on-premises and SaaS applications. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, data consistency, and future scalability.

Key Responsibility

Integration Solution Implementation

Design, implement, and manage robust integration solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

Operational Efficiency

Establish secure, reliable, and scalable connections between platforms to support seamless data flow and system performance.

Requirement Analysis & Strategy Development

Lead the analysis of integration needs and develop strategic approaches aligned with organisational goals and technical constraints.

Vendor Engagement & Technical Oversight

Collaborate with application vendors to ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

Issue Resolution & System Reliability

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, maintaining system integrity and business continuity.

Security & Compliance

Apply best practices in security and compliance to all integration activities, ensuring data protection and adherence to policies and regulations.

Skill & Competencies:

• Proven experience in application integration across diverse platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data flow architecture.
• Experience working with vendors and managing technical delivery.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in integration environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
