About the Role
Reporting to a hands on and knowledgable Payroll Manager and working within a team environment, this role is suited to someone who is curious, adaptable, and capable of performing full function payroll.

Duties:

Perform end to end payroll processing

Process leave calculations including long service, maternity, and parental leave

Demonstrate strong payroll system knowledge

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Perform superannuation and tax calculations accurately

Respond to and resolve all payroll related queries

Skills and Experience:

Proven ability to perform full function payroll, including processing terminations and redundancies

Experience with Employment Hero or Elmo highly desirable

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience interpreting complex legislative agreements
