We are currently seeking a Enterprise Delivery Management Office Administrator to support one of our biggest client in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

Facilitating statements of work between the hiring manager and vendor for external contract extensions in a timely and accurate manner.

Raising purchase requisitions and goods receipting.

Work closely with procurement to track and monitor the utilisation against time and materials contracts.

Financial Administration

Prepare project accruals and journals for Finance to process in SAP, ensuring accuracy and submitted within the specified period.

Assist PMs and Managers with queries relating to timesheets and financial postings.

Assist PMs with financial closing of projects, ensuring purchase orders are closed, no outstanding payments.

Timesheet Management

Monitor contractor timesheet submissions, ensuring they are completed accurately and approved within required timeframes and escalates to hiring managers when required.

Supports Managers to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timesheets.

Support the monthly Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) process.

Assist with training new starters for timesheets in SAP.

Ad Hoc Support

Respond to ad hoc requests, providing administrative and operational support as needed.

Assist with meetings, agenda and meetings materials.

Support Analysts and EDMO Manager with day to day activities as required.

Qualifications & Knowledge

Previous experience in coordination or administrative role.

Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential.

Experience using SAP highly desirable.

Experience in contractor management and/or timesheet processing is highly desirable.
