About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join the delivery team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects (typically 3-4 at a time), each valued between $1M-$5M.

Projects span a broad portfolio including software enhancements, regulatory change initiatives, and API integrations - providing a fast-paced, varied, and delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver multiple technology and business projects from initiation through to go-live.

Manage external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring accountability and high-quality outcomes.

Build trusted relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders across technology, operations, and product.

Maintain clear oversight of budgets, risks, timelines, and dependencies.

Develop and manage detailed delivery plans and ensure governance standards are met.

Proactively identify issues, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.

Ensure all projects meet business, compliance, and customer outcomes.

Prepare high-quality status updates and reports for senior stakeholders and steering groups.

Key Selection Criteria

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects (ideally within FinTech, financial services, or digital transformation environments).

Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Comfortable being hands-on and driving delivery with external partners.

Experience managing project budgets in the $1M-$5M range.

Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies.

Excellent communication, organisation, and influencing skills.
