THE VICTORIA in beautiful Port Fairy offers 35 self contained apartments, perfect for travellers, either corporate or leisure.

We are seeking an OFFICE MANAGER to be based onsite, with the role potentially expanding to encompass more of our exciting and extensive range of holiday accommodation.

A snapshot of your new role as Office Manager:

You will be operationally minded, with a passion for tourism & hospitality

Present front & centre to assist & manage customer experiences ensuring they are extraordinary every time

Lead by example & manage staff requirements, including recruitment, accommodation, rostering, payroll and everything in between

Efficiently manage accounts payable & all finance tasks as required

What we are looking for:

Recent accommodation management experience
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, lead and grow a team
Outstanding communication (verbal & written), and exceptional time management
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of hospitality business operations
Previous working knowledge of various PMS, Channel Management and accounting systems. RMS and Xero advantageous

Availability to work weekends on an ongoing basis

What we will offer you:

Salary: $90k per annum plus Superannuation

Annual Leave 4 weeks

Immediate start available, but we're flexible for the right candidate.
