We are now seeking an Administration Manager / Executive Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
The Administration Manager / Executive Assistant will act as the operational backbone of the firm, enabling the legal team to focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. Key duties and responsibilities include:
Managing diary coordination and email inbox for senior leadership with accuracy and attention to detail.
Processing invoices and coordinating accounts receivable follow-up.
Facilitating client onboarding and new matter setup to ensure a seamless experience.
Supporting Lawyers with brief preparation, court documentation, and file management.
Managing day-to-day office operations, including supplies and upkeep of office standards.
Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative client enquiries.
Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years working in a similar role within professional services, ideally legal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with practice management and CRM systems (desirable)
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Confidence handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input.
