About the role
Homes Trades Hub / Rapid Building Inspections are expanding their services to include swimming pool inspections, and we’re seeking a licensed Swimming Pool Inspector to join as a contractor. You’ll conduct around 6 inspections per week, ensuring pools meet compliance and safety standards, and provide professional reports for clients.

Duties

• Conduct swimming pool inspections in line with QLD safety standards
• Assess compliance and identify any safety risks
• Provide detailed inspection reports with clear recommendations
• Liaise with clients professionally and provide guidance
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and certifications

Skills & Experience

• Current Swimming Pool Inspector Licence (essential)
• Knowledge of relevant pool safety standards and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and report writing ability
• Excellent client communication and professional presentation
• Reliable vehicle, licence, and willingness to travel locally
