Building & Pest Pre-Purchase Inspector

Requirements:

Registered Builder or Building Inspector qualification

Timber Pest Inspection qualification (QBCC Licence: Timber Pest Management - Chemical)

Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered builder or building inspector

Minimum 2 years' practical Timber Pest inspection experience

Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards

Construction Stage & Defects Inspector

Requirements:

Registered Builder or Building Inspector qualification

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a registered builder or inspector

Expert knowledge of Building Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards, and NCC

Ability to identify major and minor construction defects

General Requirements for All Roles:

Australian Citizen or Permanent Residents

Valid Driver’s Licence and Reliable car

Registration number with QBCC

Relevant Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance

Current Police Check

Competent with iPad, computer literacy, and plan reading

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working independently and professionally representing our brand

Ability and willingness to inspect roof spaces and subfloor areas

Available Monday-Friday, with occasional travel within metro and regional areas
