About the role:

As a Pool & Spa Technician, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing top-tier services to our residential and commercial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering sparkling, clean and chemically safe spas and pools.

Providing quality customer service.

Performing detailed water analysis, chemical balancing and providing advice.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues (with training).

Performing minor repairs and assisting with new equipment installations.

Supporting retail services.

Working independently and as part of team.

What you'll bring:

The love of working outdoors, mostly independently.

Experience in the pool and spa industry and customer service preferred but not essential.

An unrestricted drivers licence.

National Police Clearance to be obtained within the first month of employment.
