Your Day-to-Day:
- Undertake on-site building maintenance and repairs (including painting, plumbing, doors, cleaning, and more)
- Conduct regular inspections and proactively resolve facility issues
- Liaise with stakeholders to prioritise jobs and ensure efficient delivery of maintenance services
- Source materials, control daily resource use, and ensure compliance with safety standards and SLAs
To be successful you will have:
- A trade qualification in a relevant area (plumbing, carpentry, plastering, electrical, etc.)
- Proven experience in building maintenance with multi-skill capabilities (e.g. HVAC, fixtures, repairs)
- Confidence using material handling equipment (forklift, EWP, overhead crane)
- Excellent time management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience supervising contractors and delegating maintenance tasks effectively
- Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a bonus)
- Licenses: Current Forklift, EWP, overhead crane. (Yellow card and air con quals are a plus)
Security Clearance Requirements: MUST be an Australian Citizen
