Your Day-to-Day:

• Undertake on-site building maintenance and repairs (including painting, plumbing, doors, cleaning, and more)
• Conduct regular inspections and proactively resolve facility issues
• Liaise with stakeholders to prioritise jobs and ensure efficient delivery of maintenance services
• Source materials, control daily resource use, and ensure compliance with safety standards and SLAs

To be successful you will have:

• A trade qualification in a relevant area (plumbing, carpentry, plastering, electrical, etc.)
• Proven experience in building maintenance with multi-skill capabilities (e.g. HVAC, fixtures, repairs)
• Confidence using material handling equipment (forklift, EWP, overhead crane)
• Excellent time management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience supervising contractors and delegating maintenance tasks effectively
• Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a bonus)
• Licenses: Current Forklift, EWP, overhead crane. (Yellow card and air con quals are a plus)
