We specialise in blending, carbonating, and canning a wide variety of drinks — Soft drinks, RTDs, cocktails and energy drinks. We work with both emerging and established brands to deliver high-quality, innovative beverage solutions.

About the Role

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical aptitude to join our production and maintenance team. This role focuses primarily on plant and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth, reliable operation of blending, filling, and packaging lines.

You'll carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, assist with machinery upgrades, and support production continuity by stepping in as a Machine Operator when required.

This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for a mechanically minded tradesperson looking to build experience in beverage manufacturing and automated packaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across plant and production equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues.

Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.

Conduct line changeovers, calibrations, and minor equipment upgrades.

Operate canning and packaging machinery as required to support production.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and assist in spare parts management.

Uphold site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.

Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager and production team to minimise downtime.

What You'll Bring

Trade qualification or strong mechanical background in manufacturing or food/beverage production.

Experience maintaining automated machinery, pumps, valves, and conveyors.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Willingness to assist on the production line when required.

Basic electrical and pneumatic understanding.

Forklift licence desirable but not essential.

Strong work ethic, flexibility, and commitment to team success.

Comfortable commuting to both Thomastown and Truganina during the relocation period.
