Your Role:
- Provide desktop and application support to users both face-to-face and remotely.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 and 2 incidents across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and configure Windows operating systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Assist with server and network-related support tasks to broaden your technical exposure.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers where required.
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to build shared team knowledge.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and user support processes.
About the Environment:

- Team of five collaborative IT professionals working under a supportive, empowering manager.
- Full-time, 5 days onsite in Liverpool.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an IT Support or Desktop Support role.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft, Windows environments, and Office 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a small team.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
