About the role

Silhouette Smash Repairs' is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Alexandria, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work for a leading automotive repair company in a busy and dynamic work environment.

What you'll be doing

Inspecting and repairing damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames using specialised tools and equipment. Performing high-quality metal straightening and panel replacement

Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting and refinishing

Collaborating with the wider team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repairs

Maintaining a clean and organised work area to support a safe and productive work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Panel Beater, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive repair industry and have tools of trade

Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality repairs

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills to liaise with customers and team members

A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications in panel beating or a related automotive trade, or equivalent practical experience
