About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Panel Beater for an immediate start at Graham Hill Smash Repairs in Smeaton Grange, NSW. We offer an exciting opportunity to join a well-established family friendly business.

Duties will include:

Assessing whether a part is repairable or replaceable.

Removing damaged panels and parts.

Removing upholstery and accessories to gain access for repair work.

Straightening damaged vehicles and parts using hydraulic equipment.

Repairing dents.

Replacing badly damaged sections with new or second-hand panels.

Cutting panels.

Welding replacement panels to attach to old panels.

Filing, grinding and sanding repaired surfaces.

Installing door and tailgate locks, door handles, and side mirrors.

Working with the wider team to ensure efficient and high-quality service for all customers

Adhering to all health and safety regulations in the workshop

What we're looking for

Qualified Panel Beater

Strong practical skills and an eye for detail to produce high-quality repair work

Ability to work independently

Good communication skills

Somone that takes pride in their work

A keen interest in the automotive industry
