Panel - Fitter & Stripper

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fitter & Stripper to join our dynamic panelwork team. Efficiently removing and refitting exterior and interior components before and after panel and paint work.

Key Responsibilities:

Dismantle and reassemble vehicle panels, trims, lights, bumpers, and ness mechanical parts

Inspect vehicles for hidden damage during strip-down process

Ensure correct alignment and fitment of parts

Keep accurate records of parts removed and replaced

Communicate clearly with the workshop team and estimators

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred)

Solid understanding of vehicle construction and body repairs

Ability to work with various vehicle makes and models

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Own tools preferred
