About the role
Exclusive Construction Machinery and Equipment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

Organising and overseeing all earthworks construction activities, including coordinating on-site workers and managing subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Developing and implementing work schedules and progress plans, ensuring timely completion of each construction phase.

Supervising the use and allocation of machinery, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance.

Conducting quality inspections, identifying defects, and coordinating rectification works to maintain high construction standards.

Managing and reporting on project progress, timelines, and site performance, including documentation of daily activities and issues.

Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and resolve site challenges effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably with large-scale residential or subdivision projects (20–100 lots or housing units).

Proven ability to manage earthworks teams and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and compliance with site standards.

Strong background in site planning, scheduling, and coordination of multiple work fronts.

Hands-on experience in construction quality control, defect rectification, and continuous improvement.

Advantageous: experience in earthworks budgeting, cost estimation, or quantity take-offs.

Solid understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards, and best site practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
