Location: FIFO from Perth (2:1 roster)
Duration: 12-month contract

Project location: Pilbara, WA

Overview:

Overseeing critical earthworks packages. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring autonomy, safety focus, and strong site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site teams to deliver works per schedule and quality standards

Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and specs

Manage site logistics, housekeeping, and materials handling

Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement

Conduct site visits and ensure regulatory compliance

Coordinate with stakeholders without dedicated schedulers or cost controllers

Requirements:

8+ years in civil supervision, preferably in mining infrastructure

Experience with EPCM environments

Strong earthworks and construction methodology knowledge

Section 44 Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Current C Class Driver’s Licence

Proven safety leadership and stakeholder management skills
