Skillforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for ongoing FIFO work on the Sun Cable project. You'll be leading a 7-man crew across multiple locations on site, managing detailed civil works, and reporting directly to the Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a long-term role with a trusted contractor known for delivering high-quality civil solutions across mining and construction.

Position Details:

• Supervising pad construction, trenching, and access road works
• Managing daily operations and ensuring safety compliance
• Leading a crew of operators across various sites
• Reporting directly to the Project Manager

• Roster: FIFO from Perth - 2:1 or 3:1
• Location: Newman and Port Hedland
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: From $85/hour +

What We're Looking For:

• S26 SMIRS Statutory Supervisor
• FMG inducted
• 3-5 years' experience in a civil supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of managing construction projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily site operations
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• White Card and valid Driver's Licence
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability to mobilise ASAP
