We are currently seeking a temporary SSO2 Receptionist to join our team!

What you will do:

Greet visitors/parents of students at the reception desk

Receive, sort and distribute incoming school mail

Answer the general school telephone calls and identifying the reason for the call

Undertake word processing operations such as preparing parent correspondence, spreadsheets, macros, etc

What you will bring:

Confident knowledge of EMS and a range of Microsoft Office 365 software applications

Experience in a school front office or education setting

A high level of skill in communicating effectively with others and establishing positive working relationships with students, families and staff from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.
