About the Role

As the Receptionist, you will provide frontline administrative and reception support, ensuring smooth daily operations across the office. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will be the first point of contact for team members, work closely with a team of onsite senior team members and interact with a range of external stakeholders including customers, clients, suppliers, and visitors. This role is internally titled as Receptionist and Accounts Assistant.

Duties

Greet and sign in visitors, manage reception and calls

Monitor and action multiple email inboxes

Process invoices, remittances, and credit card statements

Coordinate mail, stocktake counts, and office supplies

Support senior management with meetings and admin tasks

Data entry, including vendor and customer invoice/remittance processing

Organise conference and meeting room bookings including catering requirements

Provide support to the senior management team as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar administration or reception role

Strong data entry skills and familiarity with accounting software (Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
