About the role

This is a full-time Receptionist role based in the Regency Park office of BGC Industrial Cleaning Supplies Pty Ltd, a leading provider of industrial cleaning supplies. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through high-quality reception and administrative support.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently

Providing general administrative support, including data entry

Assisting with the management of the office space and supplies

Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Supporting the wider team with various ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar reception or administrative role, preferably within a customer-facing environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
