About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Switchboard Builder/Assembler to join our team. You'll be part of a hands-on team responsible for assembling and wiring Mechanical Services Switchboards (MSSBs) used in commercial projects across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and wiring of MSSBs and related components

Follow detailed assembly drawings and work instructions

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace

Work as part of a supportive team to meet production deadlines

Suitable for licensed electricians seeking a transition to an office role and career advancement.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Preferred Electrical Licence but not necessary

Prior Electrical Experience on Manufacturing Switchboards Preferred but not necessary

Knowledge of electrical switchboard assembly and wiring

Familiarity with job management system SimPro (preferred)

Full Unrestricted Driver's Licence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Eligible to work in Australia (Australian Residents only)
