About the Role

We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team at our Kings Park factory as Switchboard Builder. You’ll be part of a hands-on team responsible for assembling and wiring Mechanical Services Switchboards (MSSBs) used in commercial and industrial projects across NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills in the electrical manufacturing industry — no formal qualifications are required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly and wiring of MSSBs and related components

Follow detailed assembly drawings and work instructions

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Work as part of a supportive team to meet production deadlines

About You

No electrical qualification required — training provided

Basic hand tool skills

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Able to work well in a team environment

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
