About the role

This is a hands-on Principal role where you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers. You'll lead end-to-end feature development and drive architecture decisions.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling their platform and evolving engineering practices.

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Principal/Lead with a focus on engineering excellence and software quality.
• Strong background in software and web application development using modern frameworks.
• Expert in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with hands-on experience developing complex solutions in React.
• Skilled in responsive front-end development, UI/UX best practices, and cross-browser performance.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors such as Sass, SCSS, or Less.
• Experienced in Design System implementation and scalable component architecture.
• Adept at solving complex technical challenges through experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
