A high-growth technology group working in the healthcare analytics space is hiring two Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers. These fully remote roles offer the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact systems supporting major pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

The team builds scalable, data-driven web applications that address regulatory, operational, and analytical challenges within the healthcare ecosystem.

Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll contribute across the full software lifecycle — from system design to implementation and deployment. You'll play a key role in architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentorship, while collaborating within a high-performing cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
• Own features end-to-end, from idea to production
• Lead or participate in design and code reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across services and systems
• Help improve engineering processes and codebase standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep experience with Golang, React, and JavaScript (and some exp with Ruby on Rails ideally)
• Strong understanding of system architecture and software design patterns
• Experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Salary up to $200,000 plus super commensurate with exp.
