Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System Oversight:

• Maintain and improve quality frameworks based on ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 standards
• Manage the Internal Management System and collaborate with external auditor
• Conduct and oversee internal audits according to established schedules
  
  

Regulatory Compliance:

• Monitor and interpret relevant regulations applicable to the business
• Recommend and implement programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Review, create, and update policies and procedures as needed

Health and Safety Collaboration:

• Work closely with the WHSE Manager to develop risk assessments, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Verification of Competency (VOC) documentation
• Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and standards

Document Control and Management:

• Oversee the creation, formatting, updating, and review of all internal documentation
• Maintain a robust document control system to ensure accessibility and version control

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends
  
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Report directly to the Directors on compliance matters
• Collaborate effectively with the WHSE Manager and other department heads

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 standards
• Strong understanding of WHS regulations, SOPs, and relevant Acts
• Proven experience in compliance management within the construction industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
