About the role

Vista Electrical Controls' is seeking an experienced Electrician with Solar and Battery accreditation to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This full-time role will involve the installation, maintenance and repair of solar & battery systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently to meet the energy needs of our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Install, test and commission new solar and battery systems

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on existing solar power systems

Diagnose and repair faults in solar panels, inverters, and other system components

Liaise with clients to understand their energy needs and provide recommendations

Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical and safety standards

Maintain detailed records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs

Contribute to the continuous improvement of solar power systems and processes

What we're looking for

WA Unrestricted Electrical license

SAA install & design Accreditation

SAA Battery Endorsement

Minimum 3 years' experience in solar power system installation and maintenance

Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic technology, inverters, batteries, and electrical systems

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Current driver's license and reliable transportation
