About the role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join our team at Brett Ridge Electrical & Clean Energy South West in Busselton. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical services to a range of residential and commercial clients, as well as being apart of our renewable energy division. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to residential and commercial properties

Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults

Providing advice and recommendations to clients on electrical systems and upgrades

Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical and safety regulations

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work performed

Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the electrical team

Installation of Grid connected Solar PV & Battery Systems

What we're looking for

Completed trade qualification as an Electrician, with a valid WA electrical licence

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Electrician, preferably in the residential or commercial sectors

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and understand electrical plans & drawings

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of electrical safety standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines

Current Australian Electrical Worker Licence or Electrician's Licence

Current full Australian driver's licence

Current Construction White Card (General Construction Induction Training)

Experience with Solar PV & battery systems (desirable)

SAA grid connect PV System Accreditation (desirable)

SAA grid connect Battery Storage Accreditation (desirable)
