Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Manage client enquiries, appointments, and follow ups.
Administrative Support: Perform invoicing, updating client file and assist with other administrative documentation.
Team Coordination: Schedule meetings and support staff with administrative requests. Coordinate resources and equipment for client visits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in and administrative or customer service role (experience in a health or Allied Health setting is desirable).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite, and ability to learn practice management software.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
