About the role

Join the dynamic team at Todd Rogers Signs P/L as a full-time Graphic Designer. Based in Camdale, Tasmania, you'll play a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs that bring our clients' ideas to life. Whether you're designing eye-catching signage, engaging marketing materials, or innovative brand assets, your creativity and attention to detail will be essential to our success.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with the wider design team to conceptualise and produce high-quality graphic designs

Translate client briefs into impactful visual solutions across a range of mediums

Assist with the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual identity systems

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve our design processes

Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are print-ready and meet technical specifications

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

What we're looking for

A degree, diploma or experience in Graphic Design, Signage Design, or a related field

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

A passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and user experience

Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple projects
