The Role

We are seeking a Design & Client Coordinator to join our team full-time at our St Helens office. This key role manages the client experience from design to delivery—guiding clients through their selections, coordinating with our designer, and ensuring every build runs smoothly.

You’ll be the friendly face clients meet at TMH, helping them make design choices, finalising plans, and ordering materials. You’ll also keep clients updated on their build progress and work closely with our subcontractors, suppliers, and design team to make sure everything is on track.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to guide them through their home design selections (fixtures, finishes, and layout options).

Record and coordinate all client design changes.

Liaise with our subcontractors to finalise design documentation.

Manage client approvals for design and selections.

Order all required materials and finishes once designs are approved.

Maintain procurement schedules and coordinate with suppliers to meet build timelines.

Provide clients with weekly progress updates during the construction phase.

Maintain accurate records of client communications, selections, and orders.

Experience in residential construction, design selections, or project coordination is ideal.

Ability to read and interpret building or design plans.

Salary

$70,000 – $80,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience.
