We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s both strategic and hands-on - someone who can translate The Acacia Tree’s visual identity into beautiful, high-performing creative across every platform.

The Role

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll create visually compelling assets that strengthen The Acacia Tree’s brand presence online and offline. From campaign concepts and social media graphics to print collateral, packaging, and web assets, you’ll ensure every piece feels cohesive, premium, and unmistakably Acacia Tree.

This role is fully remote, but it’s a bonus if you’re Melbourne-based and can join our Brighton studio occasionally for creative sessions, product shoots, or campaign brainstorms.

What You’ll Do

Design & Brand Execution

Design digital and print assets: ads, email templates, landing pages, catalogues, packaging, and signage.

Maintain and evolve The Acacia Tree’s brand identity and visual language.

Support the content team with typography, motion graphics, and layout templates for video and social media.

Creative Collaboration

Work with marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and translate ideas into polished visuals.

Contribute to campaign concepts, launch materials, and seasonal storytelling.

Ensure design outputs align with performance data and audience insights.

Production & Workflow

Prepare print and digital artwork with precision and accuracy.

Maintain organised files, templates, and brand guidelines.

Liaise with printers, agencies, and collaborators when needed.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

3+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in e-commerce, interiors, or lifestyle brands).

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Motion design or video-editing experience (After Effects, Canva, or CapCut) is a plus.

A strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Excellent communication and time management for remote work.

A passion for interiors, design, and visual branding.

Bonus Points

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or ad creative workflows.

Photography or retouching skills.

Familiarity with packaging, print production, or brand collateral.

A love for minimalist, natural design aesthetics that align with The Acacia Tree’s brand.
