With a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and innovation, they are expanding their Sydney team and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing business.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of major projects, overseeing all commercial and financial aspects of various projects. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.

This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex infrastructure or construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead planning, procurement, design, and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and government representatives.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or consultancy roles.
• Proven success delivering large-scale infrastructure or capital works projects.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.
