About the role

Join the dynamic team at Cadence Constructions' as a Project Manager. This full-time position is based in Ryde NSW 2112 and is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues that arise
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the senior management team
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to deliver exceptional results
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Class 2 construction projects in NSW
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field
