We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will oversee the efficient management of receivables, ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the accounts receivable ledger

Process and follow up on customer invoices and payments

Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of all receivables and payments

Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts

Support other finance functions as required

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. MYOB, or similar)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
