Diverse Building and Roofing Services is a privately-owned business which is part of the RQC Group. With our offices based in Banyo and Arundel, we provide service from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

We complete commercial and residential building projects, delivering high quality services for our customers.

About You

You have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience - preferably in construction administration/support or a related field.

You are passionate about delivering great customer service. Your attention to detail and excellent computer/analytical skills will see you effectively use our job management systems to support performance and delivery.

You are flexible, a team player and able to have great conversations that achieve the best outcomes for the customer, our trade qualified team members and the business.

Role Responsibilities

Management of jobs via Prime (our core operating system).

Management and oversight of internal and external communications.

Management and oversight of KPI performance and delivery.

Support of regular Work in Progress reviews with Estimators, Supervisors and Managers.

Customer satisfaction - surveying and reporting.

Support Group functions including job creation, payroll, and time sheets as examples.

Adherence to and delivery of HS&E requirements, always ensuring a safe work environment.

Support the management of subcontractors, trades, and invoicing.

Provide high levels of service and support to customers and team members.

Assist in the development and maintenance of trades, customers, and client relationships.

Provide operational support for IT systems and business processes.
