The Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate Pantry & Cellar Manager to join our team. This is your opportunity to manage and showcase an exceptional range of cheeses, charcuterie, and beverages while leading a dedicated team and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the cheese and charcuterie selection, including sourcing and quality control.

Managing our cellar with expert knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.

Providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers.

Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure seamless operations.

Training staff and fostering their knowledge of our products.

Creating and managing staff rosters to meet operational needs.

Leading and managing the team to maintain high service standards.

Utilizing Microsoft Office tools for reporting and scheduling.

Managing financials and invoicing through Xero.

Operating the Lightspeed POS system to manage transactions and inventory.

Overseeing the e-commerce platform to maintain and update online offerings.

About You

Cheese & Meat Knowledge: You know your Brie from your Blue and have experience with artisanal meats.

Beverage Expertise: A solid understanding of wines, beers, and spirits is essential.

Leadership Skills: Experience with staff training, team leadership, and rostering.

Operational Expertise: Strong skills in inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Xero, and Lightspeed POS systems.

E-Commerce Experience: Familiarity with managing and updating online stores.

Passionate Educator: You enjoy training staff and helping them grow their expertise.

Customer-Focused: You love connecting with people and sharing your passion for fine food and drink.

What We Offer

Full-time hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

A competitive salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year.
