About the Role
We're looking for an organised and energetic Admin Coordinator (Internal Sales) to join our fast-growing team at ClickDeck β Australia's leading modular aluminium deck framing system.
This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You'll be the key link connecting customers, suppliers, and our internal estimating team β handling enquiries, admin, and scheduling with precision and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls and customer emails
Provide friendly, professional technical phone support
Reconcile payments (Xero) and schedule jobs into production
Order materials from suppliers and track delivery timelines
Invoice customers and process wholesaler orders
Call interested customers to follow up quotes and convert leads
Prioritise incoming emails and enquiries for the team
Solve customer issues quickly and effectively
Support the estimating team with quote preparation or follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot and Excel
Skills & Experience
Excellent computer skills β especially Excel and CRM systems
Basic to beginner level Excel experience is required
Strong multitasking ability and organisational skills
Experience with invoicing, scheduling, or order processing
Clear, confident phone communication
High attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks
Prior experience in construction, trade, or building products is highly regarded
2+ years in admin coordination, internal sales, or operations support preferred
A minimum of 2+ years total admin coordination experience is required
